He practices in the areas of real estate law, personal injury, workers compensation, business law, contract law, insurance law, land use law, employment law, collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure, landlord-tenant law, the Home Improvement Act, criminal defense, and motor vehicle defense including driving under the influence (DUI) defense.
Brad is a 1993 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a 2001 graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is also a veteran of the armed forces, having been honorably discharged from the United States Army where he served as an infantryman. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
She previously worked as a receptionist and legal assistant at Attorney Sullivan’s prior firm while attending college courses.
Shaun graduated from Middlesex Community College in 2011 with an Associates Degree in Science and a major in Criminal Justice. Shaun later attended UConn at Avery Point and earned a Paralegal’s Certificate in 2012.
